Canadian Jerky is a professional pet food manufacturer based in South Surrey, British Columbia. Founded in 2016, our mission is to provide premium quality, naturally nutritious, healthy and tasty pet food and pet treats that are 100% sourced and made in Canada.

Position Overview:
Responsible for developing marketing strategies for branded products, enhancing brand awareness and market share, and achieving sales targets for branded products.

Position Objectives:
Through the development and implementation of comprehensive brand promotion strategies, enhance the brand's market competitiveness and influence to support the achievement of company business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute promotional strategies for the company's branded products to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimize brand development direction.

• Manage both online and offline brand promotion projects to ensure consistency in brand positioning, image, and market strategies.

• Budget, apply for, and control costs related to brand product promotional plans.

• Drive new product development and brand upgrades.

• Communicate with clients to manage branded product sales activities.

• Understand customer needs and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

• A background in marketing, brand management, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in brand management, preferably in the pet industry.

• Proficient in brand strategy, market analysis, and consumer insights, with strong planning and execution skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities, capable of effectively facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.

• Innovative thinking, strong stress management skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environments.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
