Your Role:

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of our store, leading and inspiring a team that’s passionate about pets and the people who love them. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Empowering and nurturing our team, creating a supportive and enthusiastic work environment.

• Providing training and coaching to enhance the skills of our team members.

• Offering personalized pet care advice and solutions to our customers, ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived.

• Driving our sales goals with energy and creativity, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.

• Analyzing sales data and crafting detailed sales reports.

• Creating attractive and engaging product displays.

• Maintaining our store’s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.

• Representing our store at community events, spreading our passion for pets.

• Assisting with day-to-day operations.

We’re seeking a leader with a knack for building relationships, helping others grow, and a love for all things pet-related. If you thrive in a lively environment and enjoy making both pets and people smile, you’re the perfect fit for us!

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a retail leadership or similar supervisory role (preferred)
  

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.

• Must be legally able to work in Canada.
