Role Description

The FSQR Manager will be responsible for overseeing food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance for pet treat manufacturing. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance programs, conducting audits, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and quality management systems

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience with auditing, inspection processes, and risk assessment

• Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes

• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
