 Position Overview 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Project Coordinator to oversee the timely and accurate coordination of a key project involving the update of assets and copy on our Shopify platform. The successful candidate will work closely with external agencies to ensure the seamless integration of French language equivalents across all digital assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. This role is a temporary 12-week contract, requiring full-time availability during the contract period.

 Key Responsibilities 

Project Coordination: 

  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of the project, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. 

  • Collaborate with external translation agencies and other third-party vendors to ensure the timely delivery of French language assets and copy. 

  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the project. 

  • Regularly update the project manager or leadership on project progress, potential delays, or issues, and suggest solutions as needed. 

Execution: 

  • Ensure all assets and copy are updated on Shopify according to the project requirements  

  • Ensure that the French translation is accurate and consistent with the original content and aligns with our brand’s voice and tone. Conduct regular checks and review of all assets and copy for quality. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management, particularly in digital or e-commerce environments. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French 

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with basic project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Available to work full-time for the duration of the contract.
