About You:

You work in sales, category or account management with a CPG manufacturer in Canada. You’re looking for an opportunity to speed up your career trajectory. Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, driven and data-minded Account Manager to join our Caledon Farms team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in growing the Caledon Farms brand presence at North American retailers. This position requires a strategic thinker with experience in consumer-packaged goods or similar segments. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts in Canada and the US.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive account growth and implement effective strategies.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and challenges.

  • Create and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

  • Maintain and improve customer forecasts and promotional calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the CPG industry. Experience in the Pet segment is an asset.

  • Experience working with Canadian national retail accounts. LCL experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer relationships

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an asset.

  • Some domestic international travel will be required.
